Sources indicate that the toothpaste was starting to do that burning thing in her mouth. And old mate had been rinsing the tooth paste out of his mouth for way longer than is necessary for any human being.
Marcus Rama and his wife Eli have been happily married for a couple of years. They are still madly in love for about 23 hours and 50 minutes a day. That other ten minutes is when they are in the bathroom brushing their teeth.
They're quite a cute couple, who still like to head up to bed together every night. However, just before they do so, they brush their teeth in a ritual that pushes Eli to breaking point.
Eli sat down with the Tribune to explain what tends to go wrong.
"As soon as it's time to brush our teeth, my darling husband transforms into the most annoying person on the planet. First, he brushes his teeth so violently that I swear his teeth might fall out of his face. It's ridiculously infuriating. And so he ends up with toothpaste not just in and around the general vicinity of his mouth, but all over his stupid face. Our 5 year old kid is deadset better at brushing his teeth than Marcus is."
She explains that when he gets really annoying is when he's actually finished brushing.
"Then he always times it so that just when I'm nearly done brushing, he shoves his stupid head right under the tap and washes his face and mouth. For AGES. Meanwhile, you know that feeling where the toothpaste starts to burn because it's been in your mouth too long? Yeah well I get that really bad. And I can't even say anything. I just stand there. Hating his head and praying he'll move it. I swear one day i'm just gonna spit it out all over his stupid head. That'll teach him."
You can feel the fury building up, even when she is just discussing previous encounters in the bathroom. This issue isn't going anywhere.
