Rugby Australia's And Israel Folau’s Lawyers Send Letters Of Advice To Their Clients.

BREAKING NEWS. In the spirit of keeping you up-to-date as this story unfolds, and out of concern that this employment dispute may continue to go shockingly under-reported, we bring you this urgent update. Shortly after today’s conciliation, the lawyers for the respective parties began preparing written summaries based on the notes that they took during the conference.

The contractual dispute between Israel Folau and Rugby Australia continues to be dangerously under-reported by Australian media outlets. We have not heard enough different "angles", or interviews with people who have come across Folau at some stage in their lives.

In an effort to address this, we promise to keep you updated on every development in this employment contract dispute as it happens.

Today, we can exclusively reveal the action that took place after today’s failed conciliation. Our sources can reveal that the respective lawyers for the parties went back to their offices, and then proceeded to prepare “letters of advice”.

We spoke to Jenny Stinson, Israel Folau’s lawyer’s secretary, who filled us in on how the action unfolded.

“Yeah so he came back from conciliation and started dictating a letter for me to type up. It was just a letter to Israel, kind of just summarising what happened today. And it also said some stuff about what could happen from here. ”

Ms Stinson informed us that the letter was "pretty well written", and made some "really good points".

We have also now received news that Rugby Australia’s lawyer engaged in similar tactics upon returning to the office. However, he is understood to have used voice-recognition software to prepare the letter, as opposed to the use of his secretary. This is yet to be confirmed, and we will of course let you know as soon as we find out whether the entire letter was prepared in that manner, or whether direct-typing on the keyboard was also employed.

Stayed tuned for our next ten or so updates, which should filter through over the next half hour or so. This will include an exclusive tell-all interview with Folau’s former AFL coach.
